Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under its own terms, and refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policies. The Services — including all games, artwork, characters, logos, code, music, and text — are owned by Lemonbomb Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
7. Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including patches and balance changes that alter gameplay. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our games.
8. Disclaimer of warranties

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.
